BAKED SALMON WITH DIJON MUSTARD AND TE CANDIED ORANGES

Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. salmon filet with skin
3 Tbsp good-quality dijon mustard
1/4-1/2 cup TE Candied Oranges with Rosemary
1 Tbsp garlic salt
2 Tsp ground black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Lay salmon filet on a foil-covered or parchment-covered baking sheet.

Dust with garlic salt and pepper.

Spread dijon mustard over surface of salmon.

Spread TE Candied Oranges on top of mustard.

Cook for 15 minutes or until desired firmness is reached (15 minutes will be medium to medium well).

Remove from oven and garnish with additional oranges, as desired.
