Boozed Ham with Boozy Cherries

Ingredients

1 (10 lb.) unglazed boneless smoked cured ham -
(I use spiral sliced from HEB).
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup TE Mustard Seeds
1 jar TE Booze Thyme Cherries

Directions

Stud top of ham evenly with TE Booze Thyme Cherries, reserving liquid.

Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan and bake for 30 minutes.

In a sauce pan combine sugar, mustard seeds and liquid from cherries. Stirring continuously over low heat, reduce mixture by 1/3 or until thickened to desired consistency.

Remove ham from oven and spread glaze evenly over top.

Bake for another 30 minutes.

Transfer ham to a platter and let rest before serving.

The drippings at bottom of pan can be collected and used to top dress slices when plated.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
