Ingredients

1 store-bought pizza dough
1 jar TE Caramelized Onion Spread
1 container whole-milk ricotta
1 lb. Shiitake mushrooms, quartered
1/2 pound prosciutto, thinly sliced, diced in 1/2-inch pieces

Directions

Preheat oven according to instructions on pizza dough package.

Place pizza stone or pizza pan in oven while preheating.

Roll dough out according to package instructions, if necessary, transfer to hot stone or pan.

Transfer dough to hot stone or pan.

Spread a thin layer of ricotta over surface of dough.

Spread layer of TE Caramelized Onions on top of ricotta.

Layer spinach, mushrooms and prosciutto on top of onions.

Bake according to package instructions.
