Sweet & Tangy Mustard Seeds
These little flavor-packed pearls are absolutely addicting. We cook them to make them just tender enough to burst in your mouth. Then we add a little sweet and a little heat. Add them to a charcuterie tray to surprise your guests, use as a condiment–any place you use mustard (you’ll love it on bbq sandwiches and hot dogs), pair with main dishes–terrific with meatloaf, use in homemade vinaigrettes! They’re Seedsational™!
Caramelized Onion Spread
This is sure to become one of your favorite add-ons for any dish. We cook the onions to caramelized perfection. Then we add our spices and make it just the right consistency for spreading. The uses are only limited to your imagination. We serve it at home as a spread on paninis, a spread on Foccacia with basil, tomatoes and mozzarella, a pizza topping, added to our pasta dishes and we love to put it in egg dishes. The rich color, depth of flavor and creamy texture are spot-on, if we do say so ourselves.
This is a twist on a classic. We added lots of surprises to this chutney (Sriracha) to make it very unique. It’s great on toast or served with cream cheese and crackers. But, it’s true beauty shines when paired with pork or poultry dishes. Simply serve in a bowl with a spoon as a condiment with these meals and take them to another level!
Sweet Jalapenos with Turmeric and Ginger
Unique from anything else in the market, our newest creation is spicy and just the right amount of sweet. Fresh jalapenos braised in turmeric and ginger, finished with our favorite ingredient: mustard seeds! Top on your favorite traditional comfort food such as pizza, burger or nachos, or use it to stuff your favorite protein such as tenderloin or chicken. These little slices of heaven are perfect for those of you looking to spice up your life.
Habapenõ Mustard Seeds
Our original mustard seeds were so popular that we decided to do a spicy version. The heat is not an unpleasant palate-destroyer; but a nice combination of crushed jalapeno and habanero powder. The result is a terrific flavor with just the right kick and a really great accompaniment to countless dishes! They’re Seedsational™!
Booze Thyme Cherries
We brine the cherries in a wonderful potion of brandy and amaretto and then cook them with a blend of aromatic spices. At the end of the cooking process, we add fresh thyme. These are wonderful on pork, chicken and turkey and the juice can be transformed into a wonderful reduction sauce to serve along with these entrees. But, the magic doesn’t stop there; top ice cream, cheesecake or your favorite dessert with these jewels. Or, add the juice to your favorite cocktail.
Boozy Cran-Cherry Chutney
Brandy, Amaretto, tart cherries, cranberries and candied oranges make up the base of this delicious chutney. We take it over the top with the perfect combination of spices and seasonings like crystallized ginger, thyme, rosemary, allspice and cinnamon. Use it as spread on a panini and make it taste like Christmas or Thanksgiving year round. It’s perfect paired with poultry, served with cheese as a quick appetizer, as a spread for sandwiches or on warm biscuits or toast at your breakfast table.
We love beets! We wanted to honor our favorite root veggie and turn them into a delicious chutney. So, we combined fresh beets, fresh onions, candied ginger, currants, lots of tarragon and more We highly suggest serving it on a bed of greens with your favorite goat cheese, adding it to your next cheese tray, serving on top of lamb chops, pork tenderloin or any chicken dish.
Candied Oranges with Rosemary
Pleasantly surprise guests with this unusual and delicious treat. We slice oranges into rings then cook them with a special blend of spices & rosemary. The result, a marmalade- like spread with savory notes. Try on toast, on top of cream cheese with crackers, serve with poultry… get creative!
